Prater Apartments include 6 modern furnished apartments. Each of them consists of one living-room, bedroom, workroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The living-room has cable TV, radio and telephone. The bedrooms have double or twin beds and have central heating. The workroom has a writing desk, internet connection and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, hair-dryer, toilet and washing machine. Towels and bed-linen are provided.

Prater Apartments building was built in 19th century and was renovated in 2002. The building is a jugendstyle house in a quiet and green neighborhood which offers the perfect environment for rest and relaxation or ideal lodging for a business trip because of Prater which has a grate park.

Prater Apartments is only at a few minutes nice walk from the Prater, tram line N, bus no. 4A and 47A, park, tennis, jogging, metro U1, Hundertwasser House, Wienner Messe im Prater, Soccer Stadion, Riesenrad and Ring.
